Search for newly registered companies
Open Search New Companies (under Research in the menu, or go to /search), choose a sector, a place or both, and the preview shows every matching company registered in the last 30 days. All search filters are free.
Run a search
- Sector. Tick one or more sector buttons. Leave every sector unticked to see all sectors, but then add a place or the search covers the whole UK. For exact SIC codes, see Sectors and SIC codes.
- Location (optional). Tick regions or cities, or type a postcode area or district such as M1 or BS. See Filter by location.
- More filters (optional). Open "More filters" to pick a company type, look for a word in the company name, or switch on "Contactable by post only" (details).
- Check the preview. The panel on the right shows how many companies registered in the last 30 days match, and lists the newest. Click any company to open its profile.
The preview updates a moment after each change, so you can adjust as you go. If it says nothing matched in the last 30 days, widen the location or add a sector.
What to do with a result
- Get alerts. Click "Save this search and get alerts". See Save a search. If you are not signed in, the button reads "Sign up free to save this search".
- Export the list. The Export button above the preview downloads a spreadsheet on Pro and Business, or lets you buy that one list. See Export to CSV or Excel.
How you know it worked
You see a company count and a list of names. Every company comes with its registered office address and named directors, which is what exists for a brand new company.
