    1. About Us

    NewcoHunter is a trading name of KK London (Designs & Fashion) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12968488 ("we", "us", "our").

    2. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using NewcoHunter at newcohunter.co.uk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

    These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KK London (Designs & Fashion) Ltd.

    3. Description of Service

    NewcoHunter provides access to UK company registration data sourced from Companies House and other public sources. The Service allows users to search, filter, save searches, and receive email alerts about newly incorporated companies. We also provide free tools including a VAT Number Checker (powered by HMRC) and SIC Code Lookup.

    4. Data Source and Accuracy

    Company data is sourced from Companies House and is Crown Copyright, used under the Open Government Licence. VAT verification data is provided by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

    While we endeavour to ensure information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Users should verify any information independently before relying on it for business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

    5. User Accounts

    To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
    • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity.

    You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws (including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003).
    • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.
    • Resell, sublicence, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written authorisation.
    • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.

    7. Subscriptions & Billing

    Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle.

    • Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
    • Refunds: we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.
    • Lead allowances: reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
    • Price changes: we may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
    • One-off list purchases: a list bought outside a subscription is a single payment for the companies shown at checkout, delivered as a downloadable file available for 30 days from payment. Because the data is delivered immediately, one-off purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, except where the file is faulty, in which case contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

    8. Free Tools

    Our free tools (VAT Number Checker, SIC Code Lookup, and others) are provided at no cost for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any free tool at any time without notice. Free tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by KK London (Designs & Fashion) Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

    Company data sourced from Companies House is Crown Copyright and is used under licence. You may use such data in accordance with the Open Government Licence terms.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
    • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
    • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
    • We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccuracies in third-party data (Companies House, HMRC, or other sources).

    Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KK London (Designs & Fashion) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    15. Severability

    If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
