Export to CSV or Excel
Click Export above your results and choose CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx). Export is included with Pro and Business, and each file has a named director for every company.
Export a list
- Run a search on Search New Companies, or open a saved search with View matches from Saved Searches.
- On a matches page, pick the date range first: last 7, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. The search page exports the last 30 days.
- Click Export and pick CSV or Excel.
- Your browser downloads the file. It is named after the search and today's date.
The Export button shows "Exporting..." while the file is prepared. If you ticked Hide shells on a matches page, the export respects it.
Limits
- Up to 5,000 companies per export. For more, narrow the search or the date range and export in pieces.
- Free accounts see the button as "Export (Pro or one-off)". They can buy one list instead. See Buy a one-off list.
- When a 14-day Pro trial ends, export stops. Companies you already downloaded are yours to keep.
CSV or Excel?
Use Excel if you open the file by double-clicking. Use CSV if you are importing into a CRM, a mail-merge tool or another system. Both contain the same columns.
How you know it worked
A file appears in your downloads and opens with one row per company. If it is empty or the download fails, see My export is empty. For what each column holds, see What is in the export.
Want matches to flow into another tool automatically? See Integrations overview.
