Save a search
1 min read
Set up your filters on Search New Companies, click Save this search and get alerts, give it a name and click Save search. From then on we email you new companies that match.
Save a search
- Choose your sector, place and any more filters. See Search for newly registered companies.
- Click Save this search and get alerts. If you are not signed in, the button says "Sign up free to save this search" and takes you to create a free account first.
- In the "Save this search" window, check the name. It is filled in for you from your filters and you can change it.
- The window shows roughly how many new companies a week match. If it is a very large number, narrowing by location or sub-sector will make your alerts easier to act on.
- Optionally tick Exclude likely shell companies from digests (details).
- Click Save search. You land on your Saved Searches page.
How often you are emailed is a setting on your account, not on each search. See Daily, weekly or instant alerts.
Manage your searches
Open Saved Searches from the menu. For each search you can:
- View matches: see everything that matched, with a choice of date range.
- Edit filters (the pencil icon): change the sector, place or other filters.
- Pause and Resume: stop or restart emails for that one search.
- Delete: remove it for good.
Other ways to save
- On Established Companies, use Save alert.
- On Likely Buyers, use Alert me to new ones. See Find likely buyers.
Free accounts can save 1 search, Pro 10, and Business unlimited. See how many saved searches you get.
