How many saved searches you get
Free accounts can save 1 search, Pro accounts 10, and Business accounts as many as they like. The Saved Searches page shows how many you have used, for example "1 of 10 used".
What counts as a saved search
Every alert you create takes one slot: a search from Search New Companies, an alert from Established Companies, or one from Likely Buyers.
When you reach the limit
Saving another search shows a message that you have used your allowance, with an option to upgrade to Pro. See plans and pricing.
When a trial ends or you change plan
New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial. When it ends, or if you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted:
- The oldest search, the first one you set up, stays active.
- Any others show Paused - plan limit and are no longer emailed.
- If you upgrade again, they switch back on by themselves.
See The 14-day Pro trial.
Get more from fewer searches
- One search can include several sectors and several places, so you often do not need separate searches for each.
- Delete searches you no longer need to free a slot.
- Edit an existing search with the pencil icon rather than saving a new one.
How you know it worked
Active searches show your alert frequency as a badge. Searches that are not being emailed show Paused or Paused - plan limit.
