Daily, weekly or instant alerts

You choose how often to be emailed in Account, under Alert emails, using the Frequency menu. The choice applies to all your saved searches, and every search is combined into one email.
The options
- Instant: Pro and Business. Matches are emailed through the day, checked hourly, instead of waiting for a daily email.
- Daily: an email each morning when there is something new. On Free the menu reads "Daily (top 5)" because each email carries the 5 newest new companies.
- Weekly: one email a week with everything new since the last one. A good choice for broad searches.
- Off: no alert emails at all. Your searches are kept.
Free accounts can choose Daily, Weekly or Off. Pro and Business can also choose Instant.
Change it
- Go to Account and find Alert emails.
- Pick a value from the Frequency menu. It saves straight away and you see "Alert preference saved".
Shortcuts inside the email
- Daily and instant emails end with Switch to weekly, one click with no login.
- Every digest has an unsubscribe link, which stops all your alert emails. Your saved searches are kept and you can turn alerts back on from your account.
Pause one search only
On the Saved Searches page, use the pause button next to a search. It stops emails for that search while the others carry on.
Good to know
- If nothing new matched, we do not send an email.
- Alerts only go to verified email addresses. See Verify your email.
