Sync new companies into your CRM
On the Business plan you can connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Capsule CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Companies that match your saved searches are then created in your CRM for you. Start at My Integrations and click Connect next to your CRM.
How each one connects
- HubSpot: click Connect HubSpot and authorise. Companies are created as HubSpot company records and existing ones are skipped.
- Zoho CRM: click Connect Zoho CRM and authorise. Companies become Accounts. You can change which NewcoHunter field maps to which Zoho field.
- Pipedrive: copy your API token from Pipedrive (Settings, Personal preferences, API), paste it and click Connect Pipedrive. Companies become Organisations. You can choose to attach a note and to create a linked Deal in a pipeline you pick.
- Capsule CRM: copy your API token from My Preferences, API Authentication Token, paste it and click Connect Capsule. Companies become Organisations.
- Dynamics 365: enter your org URL, click Connect and sign in with Microsoft. Companies become Accounts.
After connecting
- Make sure you have saved searches for the sectors and areas you want. Only matches from saved searches are synced.
- Where offered, use Test sync to create one test company and check your field mapping.
- Use the pause toggle to stop syncing without losing the connection, or disconnect to remove it.
Salesforce
Native Salesforce sync is coming soon. Today you can reach Salesforce with Zapier or webhooks, both on Pro.
Not on Business?
Pro users can still get companies into any CRM through Zapier or webhooks. See plans compared.
