I did not get a verification email

    1 min read

Most missing verification emails are in a spam or junk folder, or have been sent to a mistyped address. Work through these steps in order.

    1. Wait a minute and check spam

The email can take a minute to arrive. Search your inbox and spam folder for "NewcoHunter". Some company mail systems hold new senders for a while, so check any quarantine too.

Log in. If your email is not confirmed, you will see the "Confirm your email address" screen with the address we used. Select Resend the link. Each new link replaces the older one, so open the most recent email.

    3. Check the address

The screen shows the address the link was sent to. If it is wrong, use the contact link on that screen or contact us and we will help you fix it.

Verification links last 7 days. On the failure page, enter your email address under Send me a new link. If your account still needs confirming, we send a fresh one. For privacy, the page gives the same reply whether or not the address has an account.

    5. Try Google sign-in

If your email address is a Google account, the Google button on the log in page does not need a verification email.

    Why this matters

Until you confirm your address, we cannot send alerts or digests, and you cannot save searches. See Verify your email.

    Still nothing?

Ask your IT team to allow mail from newcohunter.co.uk, then try again. If that does not work, see Contact support. Tell us the address you used and roughly when you signed up.
