Just incorporated
Just incorporated means a company has just been registered at Companies House. It belongs to the New family and is the earliest sign of a new business.
What it does not mean
It does not mean the company is trading, has customers or has a website. Many new companies are holding companies, dormant vehicles or never trade. Contact details are rare at this stage. See Contact details.
How to find it
Search new companies by sector and area, or save a search to get new matches by email. Every company has a registered address and named directors.
Example outreach angle
Lead with the fact you can see: "Congratulations on setting up [company name]. We help new businesses with [your service]."
Keep it short and give them an easy next step, such as a free checklist or a short call.
