Invoices, receipts and VAT

All NewcoHunter prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout, and your payment produces a VAT invoice you can use for your records.

Add your VAT number

At checkout, businesses can enter a VAT number. We also ask for your billing address, which appears on the invoice. Add both before you pay, because they are printed on the document.

Find your invoices

1. Log in and open Subscription & Billing.
2. Scroll to Invoices.
3. Select the link beside the invoice to open or download it.

If you see "No invoices yet", you have not made a payment on a paid plan yet. Invoices appear after you subscribe.

Change your billing details

Select Manage billing on the same page to open the secure billing portal and update your card or billing details. Changes apply to future invoices. If an existing invoice needs correcting, contact us.

Receipts by email

You also get a receipt by email after each payment. It shows the total including VAT.

One-off lists

One-off list purchases are priced at 10p per company + VAT, with a £10 minimum, and are paid by card at checkout. See Buy a one-off list.

How you know it worked

The invoice shows your billing address, your VAT number if you added one, and VAT as a separate line.
